My coaching journey began with my own ADHD diagnosis at 32.  I was introduced to coaching several years ago, and it played a crucial role in helping me embrace the motto, "bloom where you are planted". My coach's advice to 'trust the process' transformed how I view myself and others, deepening my understanding of the strengths within ADHD.

I coach to help others navigate their own stories, uncovering the power in their ADHD and guiding them to thrive right where they are. I believe in the potential within each of us to grow and excel, no matter the challenges we face. My approach is about empowering you to discover how to flourish using your unique strengths, while overcoming any hurdles.

In every session, my focus is clear: to foster growth, understanding, and resilience. Through practical strategies and personal insights, I aim to help you bloom, embracing the full picture of who you are and what you can achieve.

My practice welcomes a diverse range of clients, all united by a common desire for growth, understanding, and positive change. Specifically, I specialize in working with:

  • Individuals navigating ADHD: Whether you’re seeking strategies to manage ADHD in your personal or professional life, I offer targeted 1-1 coaching to harness your strengths and navigate the challenges ADHD presents.
  • Organizations and teams aiming for workplace harmony: I provide customized training and facilitation to improve team dynamics, communication, diversity and inclusion, appreciation, as well as emotional intelligence in the workplace, fostering a productive and supportive environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
  • People seeking Mental Health First Aid Certification: As a Certified Mental Health First Aid Facilitator by the Mental Health Commission of Canada, I offer both virtual and Face-2-Face workshops since 2023.
  • Anyone seeking to enhance their interpersonal relationships: Whether you have ADHD or you are a loved one of someone with ADHD symptoms (when you know, you know) I can help strengthen your understanding and knowledge. Throughout the year, I offer couple and group coaching programs. Please contact me to be placed on the waitlist.

As the name suggests, I am passionate about helping clients relate well to themselves and others in a way that highlights the strengths of their own unique personality.

My belief is that everyone has experienced varying degrees of trauma. Recognizing that many individuals come with their own experiences of trauma, my coaching approach is rooted in trauma-informed care. This means every aspect of our work together is grounded in empathy, safety, and understanding. It’s about creating a space where healing is not only possible but is a foundation for growth and self-discovery.

Great question!

While both coaching and therapy aim to improve quality of life, their approaches, objectives, and the contexts within which they operate differ significantly.

Therapy focuses on healing and addressing mental health issues stemming from past traumas or psychological conditions. It delves into emotional resolutions of past and present issues to improve emotional functioning. Therapists are licensed professionals trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, providing a space for healing and recovery.

Coaching, on the other hand, is more future-oriented and action-based. It assumes a level of wellness in clients and concentrates on personal and professional growth by setting and achieving goals. Coaching is about focusing on where you are now and where you want to be. ADHD coaching specifically tailors this approach to address the unique challenges of ADHD, helping you harness your strengths, improve self-awareness, and develop strategies to manage symptoms effectively. The aim is to empower you to achieve greater focus, organization, and success in all areas of your life.

In Newfoundland there's a saying, "you can't be everyone's cup of tea". Similarly, there's a coach out there for everyone.  What sets me apart? It’s a blend of heart, humor, and a deep love of learning. My strengths—social intelligence, fairness, humor, kindness, love of learning, and humility—allow me to connect with clients on a personal level while offering insightful, compassionate guidance. I’m passionate about understanding personality and helping those with ADHD find the right supports to thrive. I don’t just coach; I help you embrace your quirks, celebrate your strengths, and navigate the path ahead with a smile. After all, growth is serious business, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun along the way!

In every session, you’ll get a blend of personal support and a bit of ADHD education—thanks to the teacher in me, I can't help but share what I know! We'll dive into your experiences with ADHD, spotlighting both the hurdles and the strengths. Together, we’ll tailor strategies that fit your life, covering everything from organization to harnessing your ADHD superpowers.

Expect sessions to be engaging and informative, leaving you with not just strategies but also a deeper understanding of ADHD. It’s all about empowering you with knowledge and tools for the day-to-day and beyond.

The standard hourly rate for an individual coaching session is $100. I offer discounted rates for clients who commit to multiple sessions, providing a more cost-effective path to achieving your goals. While prices may change, I maintain flexibility by offering a sliding scale and, in some cases, bartering services.

If the cost is a concern, or if you're curious about alternative arrangements, please don't hesitate to reach out. Together, we can explore options to ensure that financial barriers don't stand in the way of your journey towards growth and self-discovery.

Not sure where to start? We've got you.

Feeling unsure is okay. These answers are here to guide you forward, one step at a time.

Yes! Most of my clients are new to coaching. If you’re feeling stuck navigating ADHD at home or at work, I’ll meet you right where you are—no previous coaching experience needed.

Not at all. Whether or not there’s an official diagnosis, if ADHD traits are creating tension or overwhelm, this work can help you make sense of the dynamics and take action.

Then you are right where you need to be!

That’s exactly why I created these services. I help people who are exhausted from trying to support others through ADHD. You’ll walk away with tools to care for yourself and improve your connection with the person or team you’re supporting.

When ADHD is in the mix, relationships can feel confusing, one-sided, or emotionally draining — even when there’s deep love at the core.

This 90-minute Clarity & Connection Session is designed to support you as the partner, loved one, or support person of someone with ADHD — especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward.

Whether you’re neurotypical or have ADHD yourself, this session is about giving you space to understand the patterns playing out in your relationship — and how ADHD may be influencing them in ways you haven’t been told.

Most people come into this session feeling confused, disconnected, or emotionally drained — unsure if what they’re experiencing is “normal,” or how much is actually related to ADHD.

You’ll leave with a better understanding of:

  • Why certain patterns keep repeating (and how ADHD might be playing a role)

  • What’s truly within your control — and what isn’t

  • Language to express how you feel, without shame or blame

  • Tangible steps to reconnect with your partner or set boundaries with love

This session is about pulling things out of the emotional fog and giving you the tools — and perspective — to move forward with more compassion and less guesswork.

Whether or not your partner is on the same page, this is a space for you to be heard, supported, and equipped.

This session is designed to give you both a chance to pause, reflect, and make sense of how ADHD and personality differences might be showing up in your relationship — without judgment, and without pressure to fix everything in one conversation.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Before the session, each of you completes a short DISC personality assessment and a few simple reflection questions.
This helps us get a feel for how you each tend to communicate, respond to stress, and express your needs — which can often get tangled up when ADHD is part of the picture.

  2. Then we meet for a 90-minute coaching session together.
We’ll talk through the patterns you’re experiencing, explore what might be ADHD-related vs. personality-driven, and uncover where misunderstandings or emotional friction tend to show up.

  3. Afterward, I’ll send you a personalized “Making Sense of Us” Summary.
This includes highlights from your DISC results, key insights from our session, and practical suggestions you can carry forward in your day-to-day relationship.

There’s no pressure to perform, no “good” or “bad” personality types — just an honest, supportive look at what’s really happening between you, and what could shift with more clarity and compassion.

This session meets you where you are — whether you’re feeling stuck, curious, or just want to understand each other better.
