Hi, I’m Aimee, a  trauma-informed certified coach and the heart behind Relate Well NL.

I work with individuals, families, and organizations to build better relationships with themselves and others. My motto, "Bloom where you are planted," reflects my commitment to empowering you to thrive right where you are.

As an ADHD coach, I bring a diverse range of knowledge and expertise to my practice. My background in Sociology, Business, and Social Work has equipped me with a solid foundation for understanding human behavior. My journey of lifelong learning has led me to complete ADHD coursework from the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). Additionally, I am a certified human behavior consultant, enabling me to offer a well-rounded, holistic approach to supporting my clients. 

As an experienced facilitator, trainer, and coach, I’ve had the pleasure of helping many individuals and organizations navigate the challenges of ADHD and unlock their full potential. I use DISC workshops with organizations to help them develop their unique talents and strengthen their overall capabilities. By understanding personal behavior styles, I ensure that teams can work more effectively together and thrive where they are.
