I’m Aimee — ADHD coach, educator, and community builder.
I created Relate Well NL because ADHD isn’t just individual—it’s relational.
It touches how we see ourselves, how we show up for others, and how we move through the world.
I’ve seen firsthand how ADHD can shape lives in quiet, complicated ways—especially when it’s misunderstood. And I’ve also seen the healing that happens when people finally feel seen, both in their strengths and their struggles.
I work with adults who’ve spent years trying to hold it all together—at work, in relationships, and in their own minds. People who are successful on the outside, but exhausted on the inside. People who know what they need to do… they just can’t seem to do it alone.
(I know that feeling. I live it too.)
I’m a working professional, a parent, and a human who still doesn’t have it all figured out—and that’s okay. What matters is that we don’t keep trying to do it all alone.
That’s why I created Echoes of Us, a coaching circle for ADHD adults in Atlantic Canada—especially here in Newfoundland. It’s a space to drop the mask, reconnect with yourself, and walk forward with support that actually feels good. Not forced. Not clinical. Just real.
At the heart of all my work—whether through Relate Well NL or Echoes of Us—is one belief:
When people feel truly seen and understood, they begin to thrive.
Come as you are.
Stay as long as you need.
Aimee Reardon-Sooley, BA, BSW, Certified Coach
My focus is on creating real, relatable support for ADHD adults in Atlantic Canada—especially those who feel like they’re holding it all together on the outside, but struggling quietly underneath.
That’s why I created the Atlantic ADHD | Echoes of Us Circle—a low-cost membership that blends gentle coaching, weekly connection, and my full Echoes of Us program. It's designed for people who need real tools, emotional validation, and a space to feel understood without having to explain everything.
My approach blends ADHD coaching with emotional and relational intelligence, personality insight, and lived experience.
I believe in building internal capacity—support that helps you trust yourself, not depend on someone else forever.
You don’t have to do this alone. There’s space for you here.
Let’s chat. I’m happy to help you figure out what support makes the most sense for you.
