I created Relate Well NL because ADHD isn’t just an individual experience—it’s a relational one.
The way ADHD is understood (or misunderstood) can shape self-identity, relationships, and workplace dynamics. I’ve seen firsthand how miscommunication, frustration, and emotional disconnection can make life harder for both ADHD adults and the people who care about them.
My mission is to bridge that gap—helping partners, families, and workplaces move from frustration to understanding, connection, and support.
Relate Well NL exists to equip people with the tools and insights they need to navigate ADHD relationships with confidence.
At the same time, I know that many ADHD adults carry deep, unspoken echoes of self-doubt, masking, and burnout—often shaped by past experiences, trauma, and the pressure to “fit in.” That’s why I created Echoes of Us, my signature ADHD coaching program. It’s designed to help ADHD adults rewrite those internalized stories, build self-trust, and work with their brains instead of against them.
As a coach, educator, and advocate, I specialize in strengths-based coaching, emotional connection, and self-awareness—helping ADHD adults and those who support them understand themselves and each other better so they can truly thrive.
I’m also living this work—balancing family life, navigating ADHD, and continuously learning alongside the incredible people I support.
At my core, I believe that when people feel truly seen and understood, they thrive.
That’s what Relate Well NL and Echoes of Us are here to do.
